HOA Document Package
Please click the 'Order Now" button to complete your HOA Document Package order. After entering the required information, you will be prompted to make a payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or debit cards. (To make a payment by check, contact our office directly at (925) 824-2888.) Regular orders are $350.00 and require 7-10 business days for processing. For an additional $50.00 fee, RUSH orders will be processed in 24-48 business hours. Choose your order type on the following pages. Orders are shipped using your FedEx shipper number, or you may expedite a courier for pickup at our office. We do not email document packages. For FedEx orders, please have your shipper number ready. If you do not have a FedEx account, you can log on to their website to obtain a "one-time" shipper number. If you select "pickup" as the shipping method, we will contact your office when the order has been processed. Payment receipts are immediately sent to the email address provided on the payment page, not the Contact Information page. If your client, or third party, are making the actual payment, please contact them for the receipt. We are unable to forward payment receipts to anyone other than the cardholder. A Demand for the escrow property is included with each document package order.

Condo Questionnaire
Please click the 'Order Now" button to complete your CONDO QUESTIONNAIRE order. After entering the required information, you will be prompted to make a payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or debit cards. (To make a payment by check, contact our office directly at (925) 824-2888.) Regular orders are $150.00 and require 7-10 business days for processing. For an additional $50.00 fee, RUSH orders will be processed in 24-48 business hours. Choose your order type on the following pages. Payment receipts are automatically sent to the email address provided on the payment page, not the Contact Information page. If your client, or third party, are making the actual payment, please contact them for the receipt. We are unable to forward payment receipts to anyone other than the cardholder.

You will be redirected to a new page. Enter your contact information again, and click the green CONTINUE button to upload your lender form. ORDERS SUBMITTED WITHOUT A LENDER FORM MAY BE DELAYED. Completed orders will be returned to the email address provided on the initial Contact Information page, not the payment page. We process requests in the order they are received and within the time frame allotted by the California Civil Code.
C.A.R. HOA Forms
Please the 'Order Now" button to request completion of C.A.R HOA Form(s): HOA-RS, HOA-RN, and/or HOA-IR. We charge $100 per form.The California Civil Code allows 10 business days for completion of the forms.RUSH service is not available with these forms.To order, enter required information on the following pages, then proceed to checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or debit cards. (To make a payment by check, contact our office directly at (925) 824-2888.) Completed orders will be emailed, faxed, or sent by regular US Mail as noted on your form.Payment receipts are immediately forwarded to the email address entered on the payment page.We do not forward payment receipts to third parties. We are unable to forward payment receipts to anyone other than the cardholder.

PLEASE NOTE: When placing your order, credit cards previously used with PayPal will require you to log into the associated PayPal account. Non-PayPal associated credit cards may be used by choosing the Pay with Debit or Credit Card option at the bottom of the screen.
Did you forget to order a RUSH? Previously placed orders that need to be changed to RUSH orders may click here to pay the additional $50 fee. Rush orders will be processed within 24-48 business hours of receiving the Rush fee.
